Video Depositions
OLV has performed countless video depositions for clients from coast to coast. All depositions are shot using 3 chip cameras, utilizing lavaliere microphones for both the deponent and questioning attorneys, and simultaneously recorded with a minimum of two separate machines. Our standard delivery is on DVD though files can be delivered via the Internet for time sensitive projects. For clients wanting a higher standard, OLV can shoot in high definition, 4K, letterbox with time code, and create any electronic file of your choice.
AV/Multimedia/Trial Assistance
OLV can provide, prepare, and operate everything you require for trials, and mock trials. Our post production services include Live Sync/MPG creation, duplication services, photo/video enhancement, and content management. Our rental inventory includes flat panel display screens, LCD projectors, document cameras, and laptops for playback. We also provide closed circuit video services. Video Conferencing
OLV provides two locations in Southern Oregon for video conferencing services (Medford and Grants Pass). Each room can accommodate up to 6 people. Arrangements can be made for larger groups if required. We also provide national reservation services throughout the nation for "outgoing" sessions. Bridging services are available for linking multiple locations at one time. In lieu of traditional video conferencing, we also provide hardware/software solutions for services such as Skype, GoToMeeting, and Cameo.
Content Production
OLV provides edited productions services such as "day in the life of", projects for trial. We also provide promotional video content to the legal community. After all, we know what you do by already being in the legal business. Our background originates from the creative services community where we still have a presence today.
